In an interactive cooking show, ‘frozen chef’ Marco Ponticarvo made culinary emergency meals from 3 out of 10 items in the freezer. Each item was photographed in 3 different manifestations (e.g. sauce, tartare, bonbon), resulting in 30 food layers. Based on the participant’s choice, three layers were combined to construct a unique freezer surprise.
